Smart Form Pilot is a document processing tool that converts PDFs and images into editable forms using AI-powered field detection. The Service includes document upload, form editing, PDF generation, form sharing, e-signatures, mail merge, and related features.
2. Legal Disclaimer
Smart Form Pilot is a document processing and form automation tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create legally binding contracts. Users should consult qualified legal professionals for legal matters including contract validity, compliance, and enforceability.
3. User Accounts
You may use basic features without an account.
Some features (templates, sharing) require signing in with an email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
4. Document Ownership
You own your documents. Uploading a document to Smart Form Pilot does not transfer ownership or grant us any rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of any documents you upload, create, or generate using the Service.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
Upload documents you do not have the right to process
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Use the Service to commit fraud or impersonate others
Attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the system
Use automated tools to excessively burden our infrastructure
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payments & Billing
Free tier: 3 PDF conversions at no cost, no credit card required.
Per-document: $1.99 one-time fee per PDF conversion.
Subscription: $7.99/month for unlimited conversions.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from receiving your converted document, contact support@smartcontractpilot.com for resolution.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted availability
100% accuracy of AI field detection
Compatibility with all document types
We strive for high uptime but may experience downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We are not responsible for the legal validity or enforceability of any documents created using the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Shashitu Enterprises LLC.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service.
Your uploaded documents remain your intellectual property.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your documents will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
